Product Warranty

Conditions for the validity of warrant

- All defects of equipment/product must solely be the manufacturer’s fault and the warrant period for product must be in effect.  
- Equipment/product must be used conforming to the designed function, capacity, specification and manual by the manufacturer.
- Equipment/Product has been routinely maintained according to the recommendation of the manufacturer.
- When abnormal event occurs, user must report immediately to the manufacturer for timely remediation. Do not self-repair or compromise the content of the equipment/product.
- The equipment/product is not found interfered by any third party (repair service of the third party).
- Serial number, product seal and warrant must show identical information clearly. No sign of rewriting, scaling or peeling off product skin.
- Equipment/Product is not affected by outer environments (water, corrosive chemicals, thermal impacts,…)
a) Terms of warranty
- All equipment/product is warranted for 12 months or otherwise declared in each manufacturer’s standard and policy, starting from the day of signing the receipt of good between Delta and the customer.
- When defect occurs, our technical staff will present within 48 hours (if the place of event is in Hanoi) to determine the state and cause of failure in order to deliver in-time solution to customer.
- Delta guarantees to provide full installation, setting and technical support within the scope determined between two parties to all our distributed equipment/products.
b) How to require our service
- When technical service is required, please contact us via hotline: 0247 108 9789/ 0886 602 525 or sending inquiry to our Sale’s Department’s Zalo or email. Our technical department will research and consult customer how to troubleshoot the problem. In case online support is ineffective and/or the problem remain unsolved, Delta’s technical staff will present to perform examination or requires the equipment/product to be sent back to service center, depending on the severity level.

 Conditions that make warrant invalid
- Product/Equipment is damaged due to failure to comply guidance, exceeding designed capacity or self-repairing/interfering the content of the product/equipment.
- Product/Equipment is damaged by objective events, including but not limited to: fire, natural disasters, earthquake, external force, …
- Warrant shows unclear information or appears to be rewritten, scaled or peeled off.
- The warrant time on the product/equipment skin or declared in the Receipt of Good is over.
- Lost of Warrant.
- Serial number on the product/equipment and in the warrant are not identical or remain undeterminable by any reason.
- Delta provides to customer our repair service with charges for product/equipment distributed by our company but warranty time has been over.
